Step 1: Tell us what you need
Email sales@holycome.com with the shapes, carats, colors and quantities. Millimeter sizes help more than carats. If you have a setting, send the inner dimensions.
Step 2: Sample order (MOQ 1)
We quote tier pricing: 1, 10 and 50+ pieces. Start with one sample of each stone you are considering. You test the setting, the size and the light return before committing.
Step 3: Production and QC
Standard catalog stock ships within 3-7 days. Custom cuts or non-stock sizes take 10-20 days. Every stone is measured, loupe-checked and matched to its GRA certificate before packing.
Step 4: Packing and shipping
Stones go in individual sealed bags with the certificate, grouped by SKU. We ship tracked express. Monthly capacity is 8000+ stones, so volume orders are never a problem.
Step 5: Re-order by certificate number
When a stone sells out, re-order by its certificate number (GRA-HC-xxxx). We cut to the same proportions and color, so your repeat orders stay consistent.
