How Custom Cutting Works

    Choose Your Rough or Standard Stone

    Pick from our stocked loose stones, or send the rough size you need. Tell us carat target, shape and any proportions you want.

    Confirm The Specs

    We confirm carat, color grade (D/E/F white), clarity, table %, depth, girdle and culet. You approve the plan before cutting starts.

  3. 3

    Cut & Polish In-House

    Our bench cuts and polishes on our own line. Standard cuts ship in 3 days; bespoke cuts take 10–20 days depending on complexity.

    GRA Certificate

    Every finished stone is laser-inscribed with its GRA number and ships with a certificate matching the stone's specs.
