Q: Can you cut to my own proportions?
Yes. Send a sketch, a reference stone, or exact length x width x depth and table/percent targets. We cut to order, MOQ for custom is usually negotiable on shape.
Q: How long does a custom order take?
Standard catalog stones ship in 3-7 days. Truly custom cuts or unusual shapes take 10-20 days depending on complexity. We confirm the lead time in writing before you pay.
Q: Do you supply matched pairs for earrings?
Yes. Tell us the carat and color and we select or cut a matched pair to the same mm and color, often with matching laser numbers. Very popular for pear, marquise and oval studs.
Q: Do you do finished jewelry or just stones?
Only loose stones. We cut, grade and ship the gem itself; your workshop does the setting. That keeps our price honest and our focus on the stone.
Q: What is your monthly capacity?
We cut and certify 8000+ stones per month, so repeated wholesale orders never hit a wall. We have done this for 12 years and ship to 30+ countries.
Q: How do I start?
